1. Reservation and Confirmation

• Your booking request will be evaluated as soon as it is received.

• A reservation is only considered confirmed once vehicle availability is verified and a booking confirmation is sent.

• Until confirmation is received, your request is considered a pre-reservation and does not guarantee vehicle availability.

2. Payment and Invoicing

• The full rental fee must be paid via credit card or bank transfer before the reservation is confirmed.

• Upon payment, an official invoice or receipt will be issued.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete billing details (name, address, tax ID, etc.).

3. Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date are free of charge.

• Late Cancellation or No-Show: If canceled within 48 hours of the rental date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

• Date or Vehicle Changes: Changes requested at least 72 hours in advance will be made free of charge. Later changes are subject to a 30% service fee.

4. Fuel, Vehicle Delivery and Return

• Vehicles are delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned in the same condition.

• If the fuel level is lower upon return, the cost of the missing fuel plus a service fee will be charged.

• The vehicle is inspected upon return. Any damage or irregularities may result in additional charges.

5. Insurance and Liability

• All vehicles are covered by mandatory traffic insurance and comprehensive coverage (casco).

• Insurance becomes void in cases such as intentional damage, driving under the influence, or violating traffic laws. The customer is fully responsible for damages in such scenarios.

6. Driver and Usage Conditions

• Rentals are available to drivers aged 21 and above with a valid driver’s license.

• The driver is responsible for obeying all traffic laws and paying any fines incurred during the rental period.

• The vehicle may not be used for racing, freight transport, sub-renting, or any purpose outside the rental agreement.

7. Additional Services and Charges

• Requests for child seats, GPS, or additional drivers must be made during booking.

• These services are subject to additional charges and must be paid in advance.

• Customers are responsible for all tolls, parking fees, bridge crossings, and traffic fines unless otherwise agreed.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• All personal data shared with us is protected under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and used only for service-related purposes.

• Your data will never be shared with third parties without consent and will only be used for communication, billing, and operational updates.

9. Force Majeure & Disputes

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, road closures, epidemics, etc.), rental terms may be adjusted accordingly.

• In the event of legal disputes, the Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
